Kindergarten children learning

A Great Start for Young Learners

Kindergarten Program

From KG1 to KG3, rich language skills, joyful daily routines, and strong foundations for lifelong learning

Kindergarten Overview

Kindergarten Overview

At Al Nahda High Modern School, our kindergarten stage is designed to be a nurturing and supportive first school experience where children feel safe, ready to participate, and eager to explore. Our classrooms help young learners build routines, confidence, and healthy relationships while discovering the joy of learning every day. Classes are organized based on subjects: Arabic & Islamic Education, French, English, STEAM + Puppetry, break time, computer lab, outdoor and indoor playgrounds for sensory-motor activities, in addition to a kitchen and warm water facilities.

The daily environment is rich in linguistic diversity (Arabic, English, and French) to ensure balanced language development and strong vocabulary acquisition. A licensed nurse follows up on health files to ensure a safe environment that supports balanced physical and cognitive development. Computer education begins in KG3 to introduce children to technology as creators, not just consumers.

About the Early Years

About the Early Years

Welcome to the Early Years at Al Nahda

Young children learn best when they feel wonder, belonging, and emotional security. In our kindergarten program, each school day is carefully planned to help children explore, ask questions, and feel proud of what they can achieve independently.

We believe true early learning begins from the child’s interests and experiences. Teachers carefully guide these moments to transform discoveries into growth in language, thinking, behavior, and confidence.

A Structured, Child-Centered Approach

Our kindergarten program combines clear routines with flexible, child-centered learning. Teachers design experiences that connect language, mathematics, science, social development, and creative expression.

This balance provides children with a sense of security while allowing space for curiosity, imagination, and gradual support based on age and readiness.

Learning Through Play

Play is a fundamental part of early learning. Through stories, sensory experiences, imaginative play, songs, group games, and hands-on activities, children learn communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and engagement.

This approach supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while keeping learning meaningful and enjoyable.

Core Program

The program focuses on developing creative thinking, language, math, and scientific skills, as well as social growth through developmentally appropriate activities. Children practice listening, speaking, early reading, writing, counting, observation, comparison, and expressing ideas in multiple ways. Movement, music, art, and daily classroom routines are essential as they help children build coordination, independence, and self-regulation.
